How to maintain your current weight?

It's quite difficult to maintain your super curve body or your current weight but I will give you some tips on how to maintain your current weight as easy as abc (no treadmill, no fitness trainer, no loss weight program and save your money!).

BUT HOW?

you just need a glass of water ;)

I mean 8 glasses of water, you guys need to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day!

I know, It's sound ridiculous.

BUT

The simple facts are that we need water to :

*carry waste products out of the body
*to keep the skin structure supple
*to carry nutrients to the various organs
*to regulate temperature controls

huh, still don't get it?

Okay,
water may be so effective simply because it fills up the stomach with a substance that has zero calories. People feel fuller as a result, and eat less calorie-containing food during the meal. Increased water consumption may also help people lose weight if they drink it in place of sweetened calorie-containing beverages.
